If Julia could do anything she wanted, she would write, make inventions, and have a large Standard Poodle rescue. She was that kid who did something every year to raise money for her schools, the Red Cross, and Public Television. While she's always looking for a good cause to support in her personal life, Julia has enjoyed sales and marketing success in her work life. Her early career involved leading some big efforts - up to $2 billion in one instance alone. She loved traveling to client sites to present the benefits of working with her team and her company's technology solutions. After being recruited into Federal business development, she became an expert at RFPs and proposals as well as a guru for orals, video orals, scenarios, and tech challenges. She knows what it feels like to have a lot at stake and thrives in settings where she can train, lead, and share her pearls of wisdom to help others succeed.

Andy thinks in 4D. He is the man you turn to when you need to solve big challenges. In college, he was that guy unprepared classmates hit up for answers during pop quizzes, but because he was so ethical, no one could get him to cheat. These days, he specializes in solutions strategy and business process improvement. His background includes applied research and development and just for the heck of it, he got a Ph.D. in astronomy. But while his eyes are on the skies, his feet are on the ground. He has an uncanny knack for enabling teams to identify untapped potential. Andy has helped businesses win billions of dollars in Federal contracts, including small businesses that became large and still know how to succeed in competitive environments. When he's not fixing the seemingly unfixable, he is seizing a little time for himself talking to Antarctica via ham radio or trekking around Chaco Canyon in 14 degree weather.
